Robert &
Clara Chan
Though from vastly different origins, upbringing, and life experiences, Clara and Robert, two fierce and independent souls sharing one predestined vision birthed a family, way of life, and business.
Robert, from San Francisco, pursued his undergraduate degree at Columbia College, Columbia University and has a notable track record on Wall Street, NYC real estate, Manhattan nightlife, and Hollywood.
Clara, from Germany, a former member of the New York Junior League, has broad first-hand experience in holistic Child Care, and interior design and is gifted in tenant relations as a NYC Residential and Commercial landlord, property manager, and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
The birth of their two young daughters, Parker Rose and Rory Anne thrusted the couple to expand their real estate portfolio into Manhattan & the Hamptons where they developed a sustainable, non-toxic approach to building. This new approach is our mission that defines our developments at Chan Clan Builds. Stay tuned!
